I understand that Rags to Tags may temporarily place custom orders on hold due to availability, workload, or scheduling. If custom orders are on hold, Rags to Tags will communicate when orders are expected to reopen and provide an estimated timeline for completing your order once it has been accepted.*

I understand the finished piece will not look exactly like an inspiration photo as all upcycled items are one of one. I also understand exact fabrics, trims, colors, and patterns may vary based on availability and creativity. *

I understand that a deposit is required to confirm and begin my custom order. Deposits are applied toward the final balance of the order. I understand that the deposit is non-refundable. I also understand that no returns or refunds will be allowed so I will provide all details correctly.*

I understand that all fabrics purchased from Rags to Tags are secondhand and may appear slightly different in person than they do in photographs. Rags to Tags does its best to photograph each item accurately and represent its overall look, color, texture, and quality. Because these materials are recycled and previously loved, some items may have signs of wear, imperfections, or other unique characteristics. These details are part of the nature and charm of using secondhand materials.*
