Legal Notice By making a purchase from Rags to Tags, you agree that you have read, understood, and accepted our store's terms and conditions, as well as our return policy.

Local Orders

  • Local Pickup: Customers in Central Virginia may choose Local Pickup. Orders can be collected from Downtown Lynchburg. You will receive instructions and directions upon choosing this option.

Custom Orders

  • Processing Time: Custom items may take 2-3 weeks to be shipped.

  • Item Availability: If we encounter issues sourcing materials for your custom order, we will discuss the situation with you and issue a refund if necessary.

  • Variations: Custom items may differ in color and details due to their handcrafted nature and the use of thrifted materials. No two items will be exactly the same.

Returns and Refunds

  • Policy: All sales are final. We do not accept returns or provide refunds under any circumstances.

  • Custom Orders: Ensure your custom order details are accurate to avoid issues.

Defective and Incorrect Items

  • Reporting: Defective or incorrect items must be reported within 3 days of delivery. Send an email to rasgtotags.bykloie@gmail.com with photos to support your claim. After this period, items are considered worn, and incorrect items will be yours to keep.

  • Defective Items: If an item becomes defective after purchase, contact us at rasgtotags.bykloie@gmail.com. We will work to address the issue.

Cancellations

  • Policy: Orders can only be canceled if payment has not been processed. Custom items cannot be canceled once payment is made. No other cancellations are permitted.

Important Information

  • Service Refusal: Rags to Tags reserves the right to refuse service or cancel orders at our discretion.

  • Washing Instructions: Follow the provided washing instructions. Rags to Tags is not responsible for damage caused by improper washing.

  • Color Variations: Item colors may slightly differ from photos due to lighting.

  • No Refunds: Once purchased, no refunds will be issued, even if the item has not yet been shipped.

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Responsibility: Rags to Tags is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered. Contact your postal service to resolve issues, and file a claim with the post office if necessary. If you live in an apartment, check with the management office and your neighbors. Buyers are responsible for damaged items after delivery.

  • Address Accuracy: Ensure your address is correct. If a package is returned or delivered to the wrong address, the buyer is responsible for any associated costs.

Price Modifications & Errors

  • Pricing: Prices are subject to change without notice.

  • Errors: We reserve the right to correct errors in descriptions, prices, and promotions, which may result in order cancellations or modifications.
