When making a purchase with Rags to Tags, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accept the terms and conditions of our store as well as have read and understand our return policy.

Local Orders

  • Customers who are local to Central Virginia may choose Local Pickup from Rags to Tags items.

  • Local Pickup orders will be picked up from Blessed Hair Studio in Rustburg, Va. The customer will be contacted with instructions and directions for this.

  • Local Meets are ONLY available for items created by the Lavender Button. NO orders from Rags to Tags will be available via local meets. Customers who choose this option will be contacted shortly to discuss a meeting time.

Custom Orders

-Items that require customization may take 2-3 weeks before shipping. 

-If there is an issue finding the item for your custom order, you will be refunded and your order will be cancelled after discussion.

-Not every item will be exactly the same, rather that be the color of the item/details or the actual details. These are handcrafted items made from thrifted finds, which makes it almost impossible for anything to be identical! 

Subscription Boxes

Subscribers will be charged monthly as long as they are subscribed! Subscriber has the option to choose when they will be charged for their box and if they want to cancel the subscription at any time. If a subscriber opts out of the monthly box after being charged for that current month, they will receive that box but no further ones. There will be no returns or refunds for any boxes. 

-After ordering, the subscriber will need to check their email (check spam if need be) to fill out the quiz, which will help us make their box fit their style the best!

-If the subscriber does not complete the quiz or respond to any attempts of contact, the subscriber will be canceled from our service and will receive a refund.

-If the subscriber is local, they will be contacted to figure out a meeting time and place every month; You will most likely meet at the same time, place and day of the month every month. 


Returns and Refunds

-No returns or refunds are allowed for any reason. 

-Make sure you are specific with your custom orders so there is no issues.


Defective and Incorrect Items

-Defective Items and Incorrect Items Received: must be reported to with photos and claimed defective within 3 days of receiving (marked delivered) or defect becomes considered wear & tear and wrong item delivered becomes yours to keep. 

-If you have bought an item from our store and the item becomes defective, please reach out to us at, and we will try to accommodate to suit best parties!


Cancellations can only be made if the item has not be paid for. Therefore, if the item(s) is a custom item, and has not been paid for to begin work, then the item may be cancelled. No other orders may be cancelled.



-Rags to Tags has the right to refuse service and orders.

-Please read washing instructions upon receiving, Rags to Tags is not responsible if an item is washed and shrinks, that has instructions to was by hand.

-Clothing color may have a slight different color then pictured due to lighting.

-Once an item has been "purchased" no refund will be issued, even if the item(s) have not yet been shipped.

International Orders

International Orders are shipped at buyers expense beginning at $15, if cost of shipping is more, buyer will be invoiced to cover the remainder. International orders are FINAL SALE, no cancellations or refunds.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Contact your postal service, Rags to Tags is NOT responsible and it is up to you to track it down. Please feel free to reach out for assistance. Once package is marked "delivered"  and is deemed lost by you, a claim needs to be filed with the post office. If live in apartment building, check with management office. Check with your neighbor if you have not received. If damaged after delivered, buyer is responsible.  For other issues contact local post office. 

*Check and double check your address. If package is sent back it'll be at buyer expense to re-ship. If package is delivered to wrong house, it is buyers responsibility to track down package.



-Prices of our products are subject to change, prices may change without any notification.

-At times we do have errors on descriptions, prices, & promotions. We have the right to cancel orders and/or change errors.


-Winners are required to be following @ragstotags.bykloie on ALL social media platforms unless otherwise stated. 

-Winners must be in contact with Rags to tags with in 72 hours of being announced or the winning is considered voided.

-Giveaway earnings must be used in one single transaction, multiple transactions may result in void of winnings.

- Giveaway winnings may not be combined with other discounts/promos


There is to be no outside soaps or products to be used with this machine. If you use anything besides what was provided, you will be responsible for damage. If there is any damage to the machine, and the “put the risk on us” plan was not selected then you will be responsible for 100% of the cost for any parts or machines that need to be replaced. 

If cleaning is required after a booking, customers will be charged $500 or more for cleaning and will be responsible for replacement if needed. Color add on may leave some dye behind, we are not responsible for anything EVER damaged or dyed from the machine. The "put the risk on us" plan will cover you for unintentional damages only and is required when selecting pickup.

All of invoice will be due upon booking, you will not be guaranteed booking until booking is fully paid.

Cancellations or Rescheduling can to be made prior to 48 hours before booking. Cancellations made before 48 hours will receive full refund (excluding any processing fees). Bookings cancelled after 48 hours will be refunded 50% of booking costs (excluding fees). Cancellations and refunds can be made by emailing These terms will be accepted when booking.

 If delivering 40-80 miles from 2049 Red House Road, Rustburg VA, your delivery will be sent as a request and may be denied. Deliveries over 80 miles from this address will not be accepted.
